Postpartum Doula, Lactation Support, Group Support & Textile Design
Proudly Based in Brooklyn, New York City

I’m here to support you through the tender and transformative moments of your postpartum journey. My approach is all about creating a space of comfort and calm where you can rest, heal, and bond with your baby. At some point, we might find ourselves sharing a cup of tea while I listen to what’s on your mind—your questions, your joys, and any worries that come up. At another moment, I might be tidying up around the house after tucking you and your little one in for a well-deserved nap.
Whether it’s holding space for your emotional needs, holding your baby so you can take a shower or catch up on sleep, or holding your household together by taking care of those little things that seem overwhelming right now—I do it all with warmth, enthusiasm, and non-judgmental care. I look forward to helping you find moments of joy, rest, and connection as you settle into life with your new baby.
Emotional Well-Being in the Birth Parent: Having a doula walk alongside you and normalize what comes up during your experience, reduces feelings of isolation. You are not left on your own to navigate this adjustment.
Confidence in the New Parents: Helping you to embrace your parenting style and values, connect with your baby, and live your best life together.
Holistic Care: Referrals to other healthcare providers, bridging the gap in care for parent and baby during the first several weeks postpartum.
Lactation and Infant Feeding Success: Nursing a newborn has a learning curve, and I provide guidance to improve success in this area and can identify when to bring in a lactation consultant or other specialists. With time, we will find a sustainable way of infant feeding that works for your family.
Accepting the Support You Deserve: In western society, we are conditioned to “do it all” on our own, and are not always equipped to ask for and accept help. Postpartum is often the first time in our lives where the truth of our interdependence shocks us. I guide new parents in enlisting help from their network.
Rest & Recovery for the Birth Parent: How beautiful it is to see a birth parent resting as much as possible, and free from mental burdens. Prenatal planning together can help immensely to achieve this goal.
Infant Care: Taking care of a baby is physical, and I am honored to create more balance for the new family by diapering, rocking and feeding babies. My happy place is a sleeping babe on my chest!
